SD Association License Agreement (SDALA)

To obtain an SD Association License Agreement (SDALA), you must become an SD Association member and submit an SD Association License Agreement.

See here if you are not an SD Association member.

Procedure

  1. Click the icon on the right, download the SD Association License Agreement (in English) and print out two copies
  2. Please fill in the required information in the empty fields in the SD Association License Agreement, and sign and mail two original copies to the SD Association. SDA License Agreement  (PDF 702KB)

    Please refer to the “SD Association License Agreement Completion Guide”  (PDF) when filling in the Agreement.
